Terms of Service

By booking a session with Alyssa Badami Photography, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. This amount will be applied toward your total session fee.

  2. Payment: Full payment must be made prior to or on the day of the session. Payment plans may be available upon request.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled once without incurring additional fees.

  4. Delivery of Photos: Edited, high-resolution digital photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline via an online gallery. RAW files are not provided.

  5. Copyright: All images remain the property of Alyssa Badami Photography and may be used for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  6. Client Usage: Clients are granted personal use rights to their photos. Commercial usage or editing of delivered photos without prior written consent is prohibited.

  7. Session Conduct: Clients are responsible for ensuring all individuals present during the session behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session.

  8. Liability: Alyssa Badami Photography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during the session.

  9. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or other emergencies, sessions may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date.

  10. Custom Policies: Specific session types (e.g., cake smash, wedding, portrait) may include additional guidelines or terms provided at the time of booking.
